For your livestock there is a covered, 8 stall open air barn. The property is supplied with city water, 2500L in-ground tank and two 450L elevated tanks used to gravity feed drip line irritation which underscores the focus on sustainable, regenerative practices that nurture both the land and its inhabitants. An electric pump is available to supply water to further areas of the farm.

The house has a large, covered porch on two sides, one bath, one bedroom, kitchen and a large sala. The sala is large enough to partition into two additional bedrooms if desired.
